• Abuse prevention: We apply per-IP rate limits on the recipe assistant. This uses a short-lived hashed IP counter stored in Upstash Redis. We do not log your chat text or raw IP addresses.

Third-Party Services

Our website uses the following third-party services that may collect data:

• Google AdSense and Google CMP: AdSense automatically selects and optimizes ad placements. Google’s consent management platform collects applicable privacy choices. Depending on your choices and location, Google may serve personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads, or may not serve an ad.
• Vercel Analytics: Collects anonymous usage data to help us improve site performance.
• OpenAI: Powers our recipe assistant chatbot. Queries you submit to the chatbot are sent to OpenAI's API for processing.
• Upstash: Stores short-lived rate-limit counters for the recipe assistant so we can prevent abuse. Counters expire automatically.
