Step-by-step Guide
Preparation
- When there is half an hour left before baking, preheat the oven to 180 ºC.
- Line the springform pan with baking paper.
- Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes.
- Place the apple cubes on the bottom of the pan.
- Sprinkle the ground cinnamon over the apple.
- In a bowl, mix the sifted flour, sugar, and chemical leavening agent.
- Pour this mixture directly over the apple cubes and press it down with a spoon so that it penetrates between the apple.
- In a bowl, beat the whole eggs with a tablespoon of sugar and set them aside.
- Melt the butter over low heat and, once melted, pour it directly over the flour.
- Next, pour the beaten eggs over the butter.
- Wait a few minutes for the liquids to gradually penetrate to the bottom.
- Bake at 180 ºC for about 35-40 minutes.
- Once lukewarm, unmold the cake.
- Do not turn it over, as the apple remains underneath.
