Step-by-step Guide
Ice Pops
- Place all ingredients in the hand mixer bowl, ensuring the ingredients are fresh and clean.
- Blend the mixture with the hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes until a fine and homogeneous paste is obtained, without lumps.
- Fill the popsicle molds with the mixture, leaving a small space at the top to allow for the expansion of the ice.
- Freeze the popsicles for a minimum of 3 hours or until they are completely solid to ensure a proper texture.
Dairy Poultry
- In a large bowl, mix the yogurt with the sugar until well integrated.
- Add the strawberries, previously washed and cut into small pieces, to the bowl with the yogurt.
- Blend the mixture with an immersion blender until a fine and homogeneous paste is obtained.
- Whip the cream, ensuring it is very cold; it is advisable to have stored it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior.
- Add the whipped cream to the bowl with the strawberries and yogurt and gently mix with a spatula using folding motions to maintain the volume.
- Cover the cream with plastic wrap, placing it in direct contact with the surface, and leave the bowl in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours to chill completely.
- Fill the molds with the cooled mixture, ensuring no air bubbles remain.
- Freeze for a minimum of 3 hours before serving to ensure the popsicles are well solidified.
Recommendations & Tricks
- Look for fresh or frozen berries and crush them slightly before mixing them with the other ingredients so that their flavor is more evenly distributed in the popsicles.
- If you use orange juice instead of mineral water, ensure that it is freshly squeezed juice to achieve a more intense and fresh taste in the final result.
- To make the popsicles easier to unmold, run some warm water over the outside of the mold before pulling the stick.
